Storing Guide

for Ripe Raspberries

Step 1
Inspect your berries and remove any that may be squished. We take incredible care of our berries but they are still delicate.
Step 2
Line the original container, or a different breathable one, with a paper towel to avoid extra moisture.
Step 3
Place your raspberries into the fridge towards the front, and when you're ready to enjoy, only rinse the ones you're going to eat with cool water.
Step 4
Enjoy! Raspberries pair well with so many different foods, balancing sweet and tart flavors for delicious dishes.

Freezing Guide

for Best Tasting Frozen Raspberries

Step 1
Gently wash your raspberries with cool water and dry thoroughly with a kitchen towel. *Pro tip: Allow them to air dry completely before freezing to avoid freezer burn!
Step 2
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread your raspberries out in one layer. Place in the freezer until frozen (around 1 to 2 hours).
Step 3
Transfer your raspberries into a freezer-safe bag with as little air as possible to maximize freshness.
Step 4
Enjoy! Let them thaw or keep them cold. Either way, you’ll have a batch of frozen raspberries for months to come. (Frozen raspberries can last anywhere from 12 to 18 months!)
