  • 4 cups Bread Flour
  • 1 packet (2 ¼ tsp) Rapid-rise/Instant Yeast
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Honey or Sugar (for the dough)
  • 2 ½ cups Mixed Berry Fresh Berries
  • ⅔ cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 3.5 oz White Chocolate (broken or chips)
  • 1 small bunch Fresh Mint
  • ¼ cup Pistachios (shelled)
  • 3 tbsp Honey (for the topping)
  • 1 ¼ cups Powdered Sugar
  1. Make the Dough: In a large bowl, combine 4 cups bread flour, 1 packet yeast, and 1 tsp salt. In a separate measuring cup, mix 1 ¼ cups warm water (around 110°F) with 2 tbsp olive oil and 1 tbsp honey. Pour the liquid into the flour, stirring until a soft dough forms.
  2. Knead: Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for 8 minutes until smooth and no longer sticky.
  3. First Rise: Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rise in a warm spot for 1 hour.
  4. Prep the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (or 350°F if using a convection/fan oven). Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.
  5. Shape: Punch the dough down and cut it into 4 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a circle and place them on the baking sheets.
  6. Bake: Scatter 2 ½ cups mixed Berry Fresh berries evenly over the 4 dough rounds. Bake for 7–10 minutes until the crust is golden and the berries have burst.
  7. Make the Sauce: While the pizzas bake, combine ⅔ cup heavy cream and 3.5 oz white chocolate in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir until melted and smooth.
  8. Serve: Remove the pizzas from the oven. Drizzle with the warm white chocolate sauce and garnish with fresh mint, pistachios, and a final drizzle of honey.
